    Dispute Resolution and Lost Packages

While it is highly unlikely, in the event that a package is delivered to the customer's chosen address and is signed for as shown on the tracker, any disputes regarding receipt of the package will be between the customer and the courier. We have faced such situations in the past, and we find it necessary to clarify that we can only assist up to a certain point. The courier's tracker record stands as the primary evidence of delivery.

If the customer disputes receiving the package, they must take up the issue directly with the courier. To resolve such disputes, the customer may request a “denial of service” receipt from the courier. This receipt will indicate the courier's acknowledgment and acceptance of potential fault, such as loss or theft of the parcel. Once the customer obtains this receipt and forwards it to us, we will promptly reship the order.

    Agreement to Terms and Conditions

By placing an order, you fully agree to the terms and conditions mentioned above. Our aim to provide the best service and ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all our customers.
